Everyone in the process was kind, professional, and very efficient. I was surprised to see how fast everything was to get tested. A huge resource for the people of Richmond

I would like to sincerely thank the Richmond City Health District, especially the Health Permit Department. Their professionalism and cooperation are outstanding. They are truly committed to helping restaurant owners correct any issues and meet all health standards, even dedicating as much time as needed to ensure everything is done right. Special thanks to Ed Nixon and Tiffany for their patience and support, and to Broadie at the front desk for being welcoming and helpful. We truly appreciate your dedication and hard work.

This would be my second time going to the location to start services for my one of my children. Each time I come the lady at the front desk with this weird red hair cut keeps informing me I have the wrong location which is incorrect information. Making it so that people who are coming to start services for their children are mis informed while I guess she just continues to be best friends with the employees. I mean knows every employee by name in the building. But doesn't know this is the correct place to start services. She's on her phone most of her paid shift. I don't see where she would be able to secure anything just conversation but a worthless employee.

The Prep Coordinator is very kind and patient with the case load of patients he seems to work with and I appreciate the providers that I’ve seen as well as registration. Unfortunately I did hear one nurse complaining rather loudly in the hallway about the β€œvolume” of prep patients utilizing the clinic saying β€œIt wasn’t like this when she started”. Unfortunate that some people who work in healthcare do not understand the length of pain/heartbreak/loss and research that went into providing this service. Not a great thing to hear when you are just trying to be as pleasant as possible, make it through your appointment, and take care of your health. Please be mindful of us, we can almost always hear you.
